The Group regularly trades properties and we are currently seeking investment opportunities throughout the north of England that are in need of active hands on asset management, including properties requiring extension refurbishment, investments with short-term lease expiries, part vacant investments, sale & lease-backs and distressed assets.
Specifically we are looking for investments in the North of England as follows:
High Yielding, Modern Building, Single or Multi-let. Lot Size £500,000 to £5M.

High Yielding, Prominent locations, Modern Buildings. Lot size £500,000 to £5M
