The Group acquired the freehold interest in a 33,000sqft detached industrial unit, which was let to Spa Webb Ltd by way of a 10 year lease with 3 years unexpired. Following acquisition we negotiated terms with the tenant for a new 15-year lease, which involved the construction of a 20,000sqft, £1M extension, which has recently been completed.
