The Group acquired two detached office units let to NHS and I-Paye Ltd. Following acquisition we immediately sold on Unit 4 let to the NHS as an individual investment. I-Paye vacated Unit 2 on lease expiry and following a full refurbishment we sold the unit on a vacant possession basis to Fusion 21.
